THE WORLD IS A SCRIPTED REALITY SHOW

Many people fear the truth because lies are often more comfortable to accept. Rather than confront uncomfortable realities, they choose to live within narratives they have been taught to regard as normal. Even when they perceive signs that much of what they experience is carefully shaped or manufactured by those in positions of power, many still prefer the familiarity of those beliefs over questioning them.

Ultimately, many people are comfortable taking direction from those in positions of authority rather than making decisions for themselves. Instead of thinking independently, they often wait for leaders or institutions to tell them what to do next. In many cases, they follow those instructions because it is more convenient than questioning them or forming their own conclusions. Independent thinking requires effort, responsibility, and a willingness to challenge assumptions, and for many, that can feel more difficult than simply complying with what they are told.
